1-2-3 Wellness, a research-based educational program offered by GrowthWell LLC that provides wellness resources for individuals, schools and organizations (“1-2-3 Wellness,” “Company” or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).  The Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit app.123wellness.org and all our affiliated brand websites, resources and mobile applications (our “Website”) and informs our users about how we collect, use, and protect that information.

Program Introduction

The 1-2-3 Wellness™ program serves as complementary support for the tremendous work orchestrated by teachers, administrators, mental health providers, community partners and other caring adults in schools and organizations. The program offers support which is educational in nature. The program is intended to serve as a part of a larger framework of support orchestrated by schools and organizations. 1-2-3 Wellness™ is not intended to replace other vital supports or to treat or diagnose any illness. The fidelity of the program occurs when used in its entirety, complete with ongoing professional development, the full spectrum of resources and in conjunction with the support of your organization’s educational and mental health professionals.  All resources and information provided via the program is entirely voluntary. Individual participants are encouraged to use, or not use, different resources according to what supports their unique well-being needs as guided by your school and/or organizational personnel. 1-2-3 Wellness is not responsible for any mental health related issues. School personnel remain100% responsible for supporting, identifying and responding to all mental health related issues. 1-2-3 Wellness collects several types of information from and about users of our Website including information that you submit to us, information that is automatically collected about your usage of the Website, and information from third parties.

We will comply with an individual’s requests regarding access, correction, sharing and/or deletion of the personal data we store in accordance with applicable law. To make changes to your account affecting your personal information, please contact your school or organizational leadership who will work with us to make the requested changes whenever possible. For any deletion, non-sharing or update request, we will make the changes as soon as practicable, however this information may stay in our backup files. If we cannot make the changes you want, we will let you know and explain why.

Data Deletion & Retention

We will retain the information that we have collected about you for as long as it is necessary to provide products and Services to you and others, or until you have requested deletion of the information. Personal Data associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services. 

Please note that we may have to retain some information after your account is deleted, to comply with legal obligations, to protect or enhance the safety, security or wellness outcomes of our community or to prevent abuse of our Terms. Anonymized Data (data that is not personalized) may be kept to support wellness outcomes for others.

Data that is Not Personal Data

We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from the personal data we collect, including by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user (“Anonymized Data”). We may use such Anonymized Data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the services and promote our business, provided that we will not share such data in a manner that could identify you.

The security of your data, including personally identifiable information, is important to Us. User accounts are protected by a password. Users are required to protect the confidentiality of their passwords.
