Growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, Drew always had a fascination with “how things work”. He would take toys and electronics apart to learn the mechanisms which made them function smoothly. Then he’d put them back together with a newfound understanding. With such a process, Drew learned to look below the surface for root causes.

No longer focused on taking toys or electronics apart, today Drew’s work focuses on breaking “well-being” down to it’s complex, interrelated parts and helping schools, organizations and leaders thrive through simple, yet powerful changes.

The interdisciplinary nature of Drew’s education mirrors his integrative, holistic approach to solving problems. While playing four years of college baseball, Drew received a bachelors degree from Emory University in Atlanta. He later earned a Masters degree from IDC in Israel in government and conflict resolution and a doctorate from the University of California- San Diego in education and well-being.

As a speaker, author, educator and executive coach, Drew has presented and published internationally with a focus on empowering people to tap into their strengths to create extraordinary results. His unique methods were crafted and inspired while working with and learning from change agents across the globe from the fields of education, psychology, government and more.

Drew’s dissertation and much of his current work focuses on “Reimagining Well-being” and how the 1-2-3 Wellness program can transform lives and communities. You can access the “Reimagining Well-being” dissertation for free HERE.

Drew’s greatest achievement has been helping other people transform their lives and communities.   Whether speaking at U.S. and International Schools of all levels, collaborating with K-12 schools or Harvard University, or being featured in major media on two continents with multiple organizations, Drew gains inspiration working with people determined to take small daily steps to change the world in big ways.

Drew is excited to share the experiences and approaches he utilized in those groundbreaking efforts and apply them to YOUR success.
